Notion - IT Inventory Template
Recently, I’ve been thinking about using Notion to manage my IT assets. Here are 3 simple and free Notion templates for IT asset management.
-
- IT Inventory
This is the one I’m using. It has fields for serial number, tags, vendor, assigned person, expiration date, and status. It’s a clean and easy-to-understand template. On top, you can filter by hardware, software, status, and items that are about to expire. Overall, I find it very useful.https://www.notion.so/templates/it-inventory

- Inventory Tracking with Automatic Calculation
This one is more suitable for assets made up of many small parts. It lets you fill in the price, purchase date, and it even calculates how long the item has been in use. I didn’t need that many features, so I didn’t end up using it.
