Recently, I\u2019ve been thinking about using Notion to manage my IT assets. Here are 3 simple and free Notion templates for IT asset management.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. IT Inventory\nThis is the one I\u2019m using. It has fields for serial number, tags, vendor, assigned person, expiration date, and status. It\u2019s a clean and easy-to-understand template. On top, you can filter by hardware, software, status, and items that are about to expire.         2. Inventory Tracking with Automatic Calculation\nThis one is more suitable for assets made up of many small parts. It lets you fill in the price, purchase date, and it even calculates how long the item has been in use. I didn\u2019t need that many features, so I didn\u2019t end up using it.<\/span>

          All three templates can be used for managing IT assets. You can pick the one that suits your needs the best. They are all free and made by Notion.<\/span><\/p>\n
